About Me
Life is stressful and difficult at times, and we are all learning how to hold space for our emotions, break negative cycles, and prioritize our mental health. I was drawn to the mental health field by the joy of connecting with others through the human experience. It's my hope to meet you with compassion and nonjudgment. Working together to identify and begin progressing on your therapy goals.
I enjoy working with teens, young adults, adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. My passion lies in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, C-PTSD, and PTSD symptoms.
My clinical strengths lie in evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR.
Out of the office I enjoy rollerblading, hiking, playing with my dogs and cat, and spending quality time with my partner and family.
