About Me

I am very passionate about my work and love being the person to help guide young people
through life’s many challenges and managing mental health struggles. I have always been
interested in helping people and because of that my journey to becoming a therapist felt very
natural for me.

I attended Utah State University for both my undergraduate degree, as well as, my graduate
degree, both in Social Work. I have worked with adolescents throughout my adult life in many
different situations such as, residential treatment, eating disorder treatment, and working in a
few schools as a school-based therapist.

I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults who are experiencing life transitions,
anxiety, depression, and trauma. I create a non-judgmental space that promotes curiosity and
personal growth. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA population.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating various evidence-based techniques and
tailoring them to each client's unique needs. My work stems from evidence-based practice such
as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment
Therapy (ACT).

In my life outside of work I enjoy spending time with my partner, reading, hiking and camping.
