About Me

Hey there! I'm Kellie. I enjoy working with individuals as they navigate the complexities of life. I primarily work with teens (ages 10+), young adults, and adults who are facing a wide range of challenges. These may include ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, life and faith transitions, and identity-related concerns.

I am affirming and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to foster a neurodiverse-friendly environment. I recognize the nuance of religious and spiritual identities and will meet you wherever you are in your faith journey or transition. My priority is to create a relaxed, safe, and welcoming environment where you feel seen, valued, and free of judgment.

In our work together, I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I’ll collaborate with you to find what best fits your needs. I also value open feedback—your input helps shape our sessions and ensures you’re getting the support that works for you.

My experience includes inpatient care, residential treatment for teens, and outpatient therapy with a diverse range of ages and backgrounds. I’ve also worked with youth and families involved in Juvenile Justice and Youth Services (JJYS) and in foster/proctor care settings.

A little about me:
My dog, June, joins me in most sessions. If you’d prefer she not be present during yours, I’m happy to accommodate.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking, mountain biking, or stargazing. I love the solitude offered by Utah’s forested mountains and wide-open deserts. I also enjoy exploring local restaurants and listening to live music.
