About Me

I believe we all have different parts within us—some that hold pain, some that try to keep us safe, and others that hold our strengths and a desire to grow. I aim to create a space where clients can explore these parts with curiosity and compassion, helping them move toward healing, deeper self-understanding, and emotional balance.

I have experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and the lasting impacts of domestic violence. My approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based practices.

Whether you are seeking support with mental health or life challenges, recovering from trauma, or simply looking for caring support on the path forward, my goal is to support you through your own healing journey, in a way that feels meaningful to you.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me exploring nature, creating art, enjoying live music, and sharing quality time with my dog and loved ones.
