About Me

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” — Helen Keller

This quote captures how I view the therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a collaborative space where you are not expected to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood—exactly as you are. Being a therapist is more than a profession for me; it reflects a deep part of who I am and my genuine interest in connecting with people at a meaningful level. I feel honored to witness growth and healing, and I believe therapy allows for honest, face-to-face conversations that can be both challenging and deeply rewarding.

I have over 12 years of experience working with individuals ages 12 and older. My work focuses on supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are struggling personally, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or seeking healthier ways to cope with stress, you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you and support you in creating meaningful change.
